FIVE SUPER CUTE STORAGE SOLUTIONS FOR THE HOUSE THAT DON'T COST A BOMB!

Now if your house is anything like mine your crying out for simple but clever storage that doesn't take up too much space. With such a big family now we have trouble finding places to put things and to be fair some of the most practical storage solutions just aren't very good looking. I have had my shopping head on looking out for storage that actually looks nice and would instantly cheer up any over crowded room. I have made of a list of my favourites for looks, practicality, space saving and the all important price range.

I'm a little bit in love with this House Keepers box from Lilly & Brown a B&Q. It comes in at very respectable £14.98 and has a 1 year guarantee which is a nice little bonus.  Not only is it really handy storage it looks gorgeous and would look lovely in any house!

This gorgeous Owl and Butterfly Folding Storage Box and Seat from Children's Rooms is perfect for any aged little girls room (they do have boy versions). Not only is it a storage cube but it also doubles up as seat with it padded lid. Another lovely storage piece and with a very lovely price at £16.95.

How have I never seen one of these Umbra Little Black Dress Organiser from Red candy before? I love that it looks nice, it pretty much takes up no room and it can be hidden away or you could put it out on display. This has to be my favourite item on the list for space saving storage. It comes in at £16.20 reduced from £17.95.

I've opted to pale walls and bright accessories in my kitchen. Everything is different shades of green and blue as those are my favourite colours right now. Loving these Retro Tea/Coffee/Sugar Canisters Set from Wilko and loving the price at only £8 for the whole set!

Last but not least something I have wanted for ever this 4 drawer hallway shelf from Homebase. It's not the cheapest on my list but probably the most useful. Again it really doesn't take up much space and it looks really chic and pretty. It comes in at £39.99 but this would definitely transform any hallway entrance.

So there you have it my five top storage solutions that also look pretty and don't cost a bomb! Thanks for reading x

  1. I personally would love to have that bottom storage shelf for my cufflinks and ties. Watches up top too even. It looks like it might just be the perfect little shelf for the meagre possessions I own! Haha!
