TODAY WE TRIED IMUNE NURTURE FRUITY DRINK POUCHES! (REVIEW)

Today we tried Imune Nurture kids drinks.

Imune Nurture make fruity children's drinks which currently come in two flavours pineapple & orange and strawberry & cherry. These drinks are jam packed full of 100% healthy goodness such as vitamins B6, B9, B12, C, D and zinc and boast a 50% water and 50% juice ratio. Each 200ml pouch of NURTURE contains 100% of the optimum daily amounts of the following scientifically proven ingredients for a 2-5 year old child.

Trying to find drinks for your kids with a healthy combination of being actually tasty and not being loaded with sugar and junk that sends them up the wall minutes after drinking can be tricky especially with a fussy lot like mine. Here's my bunch trying out the Nurture drinks after a play in the fountains trying to cool down, today was hot!

I was already impressed with the idea of having a drink that can provide much needed extra goodness and I really like the packaging. Kids can easily be put off if the packaging doesn't appeal to them. They were nice bright colours and easily showed what was in them.

Taste wise we had an immediate favourite which was the pineapple & orange. We still liked the strawberry & cherry it tasted really good but the kids really really loved the pineapple & orange most.

The Nurture pouches also come equipped with the ultimate no spill cap which we had fun testing. We did struggle figuring out how to get the juice out at first because it doesn't pour out like most drinks, but we soon realised that you needed to put pressure on the spout whilst sucking the juice. The lid is easily screwed back on so you don't have to drink it all at once and can come back to it later. Because of the no leaking feature I think this would make the ultimate school/ nursery lunch box drink.

Price wise I think they stack up well among other similar style drinks and I think especially with one particular fussy eater in my household it certainly gives you peace of mind with one pouch a day they're still getting everything they need in they're diet that they might be missing from food they refuse to eat.

I love that these juice pouches where made by a regular mum and dad wanting something better for their kids and they have completely hit the nail on head. They look colourful, clearly demonstrate what's inside, they taste great and not only do they have no nasty's in them they have your child's optimum daily amount of vitamins. I don't think you can really argue with that.

*Thanks to The Blogger Programme and Imune Nurture for providing us with the chance to sample the drinks for free we loved them.
